Standing On His Own

We are most definitely getting closer and closer to walking. Right before Christmas, Wesley was able to get up and stand on his own…I finally got a picture. For some reason, he needs to be holding on to something lower than him so he can push himself up. I figured this out while lying on the floor one day. Also, he just began cruising along the couch. He has even moved between pieces of furniture. We have a walker for him, but he seems to be more interested in playing with the toys on it. We will see how much longer it takes him…

And since he is able to stand himself up, we get greeted every time we get him from a nap. Always happy to see Mom and Dad…
